Large and impressive Swedish Baroque chest of drawers in a characteristic bombe shape from the first half of the 18th century.
The chest features an elegant, curved front and rounded sides, giving it a dynamic and powerful presence.
The body is painted in a beautiful blue-green tone with a fine patina. The black painted top with moulded edge creates a striking contrast to the blue-green finish.
The chest has four drawers – two smaller drawers at the top and two larger below. The upper drawers are crafted with a refined detail, featuring a subtle break in the front that creates the illusion of additional divisions. This reflects the solid and thoughtful craftsmanship of the period, with great attention paid to detail.
All drawers are fitted with original gilt bronze mounts with elegant Rococo-inspired detailing, as well as iron locks.
A large, decorative and functional piece with great character and a beautiful patina, perfectly suited for both classic and modern interiors.

Either personally by carrier or third party. NB. Remember that if a person other than the buyer or a shipping company is coming to pick up the goods, ID and a power of attorney must be displayed to the buyer to avoid unauthorized disclosure.

In this case, we will ALWAYS contact you later to agree on options and prices.
- If you do not find there is a suitable shipping solution, you have the option to cancel your purchase or choose another solution.
- When goods and a suitable freight solution is agreed, the amount of the goods purchased is proceeded deducted from your account (unless the payment has already been made via bank transfer.)
