Swedish Rococo secretary desk, dating from circa 1770, crafted in the distinctive bombé form that defines the elegance of the Swedish Rococo period.
The piece features a beautiful warm ochre-yellow painted finish enhanced by a rich, beautiful patina.
The fall-front writing desk opens to reveal a thoughtfully arranged interior fitted with numerous small drawers, reflecting its original purpose as both a writing and storage cabinet.
