Poul Henningsen PH 4.5/3 Outdoor Wall Lamp in Copper for Louis Poulsen, Denmark, circa 1970
Poul Henningsen (1894–1967)
Iconic PH 4.5/3 outdoor wall lamp designed by Poul Henningsen and produced by Louis Poulsen, Denmark, circa 1970.
Executed in copper with the characteristic three-shade system, the lamp embodies Poul Henningsen's celebrated glare-free lighting principle, directing the light downward while creating a soft and comfortable illumination.
Over the decades, the copper has developed a beautiful natural patina with warm brown tones and subtle verdigris, giving the lamp a rich and authentic character.
Presented in very good original condition with minor age-related wear and a beautifully developed natural patina.
