Van Briggle Art Pottery – Art Nouveau vase, 1902
Tidlig amerikansk Art Nouveau vase fra Van Briggle Art Pottery, formgivet af Artus Van Briggle (1869–1904) og udført i Colorado Springs i 1902.
Vasen har en karakteristisk organisk form med bred, rundet korpus og høj, smal hals. Over hele korpus er den modelleret med stiliserede bladformer, der fortsætter op langs halsen og understreger vasens organiske formsprog.
Udført i keramik med en smuk mat glasur i changerende grønne og olivengrønne nuancer.
Signeret og mærket under bunden med Van Briggles dobbelte AA-logo, VAN BRIGGLE, formnummer 104 samt dateringen 1902.
Van Briggle Art Pottery blev grundlagt i Colorado Springs i 1901 af Artus Van Briggle og hans hustru Anne Van Briggle (1868–1929) og blev særligt kendt for sine karakteristiske matte glasurer og organiske Art Nouveau-former.

- When goods and a suitable freight solution is agreed, the amount of the goods purchased is proceeded deducted from your account (unless the payment has already been made via bank transfer.)
