About the artist:
Heinrich Dohm (1875–1940) was a Danish painter educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. He specialized in figurative subjects and interior scenes, and exhibited at Charlottenborg, the prestigious annual exhibition in Copenhagen, during the early 20th century.
