This charming Baroque table originates from Sweden around the mid-18th century and is a fine example of rustic elegance from the period. The frame is crafted from solid wood with a beautifully aged patina, reflecting its age and use. It features turned legs and strong stretchers that provide both stability and character.
The tabletop is made of black Jämtland limestone – a durable and decorative type of limestone known for its strength and fine fossil patterns. The surface is matte, with natural shades and fossil traces that add depth and historical appeal.
The front includes a single, handmade drawer with an original wooden knob, adding both function and authenticity.
Jämtland, a region in central Sweden, contains several layers of limestone in the folded mountains. Jämtland limestone is approx. 465 million years old and one of the strongest limestone types there is (hard as marble).

Either personally by carrier or third party. NB. Remember that if a person other than the buyer or a shipping company is coming to pick up the goods, ID and a power of attorney must be displayed to the buyer to avoid unauthorized disclosure.
