Kaare Klint (Danish 1888 - 1954).
Round coffee table, model KK6687 "Rygebord," crafted from ash wood with a beautiful grain pattern. The table features an elegant raised edge around the tabletop and a functional shelf below, supported by straight legs. It is in excellent vintage condition, still retaining its original finish. Only one previous owner.
Designed in 1929, executed by Rud. Rasmussen.

Kaare Klint (1888-1954) was a pioneering Danish furniture designer and architect, often regarded as the father of modern Danish design. Known for his emphasis on functionality, craftsmanship, and timeless design, Klint’s work laid the foundation for mid-century Scandinavian design.
The KK6687 "Rygebord" coffee table, designed in 1929, embodies Klint’s minimalist yet refined style.
