Swedish Gustavian Style Chest of Drawers in Blue, circa 1840

An elegant Gustavian-style chest of drawers with three drawers, painted in soft blue and blue-grey tones with refined geometric detailing.
The marbled top is finished in light blue-grey shades and sits above a moulded edge with carved dentil decoration.
The upper drawer features a decorative à la grec border in blue tones, centred by a pair of stylised lions in a pale yellow colour. The two lower drawers are divided into architectonic panels with geometric ornamentation.
The chest has gently slanted sides with fluted front edges and carved diamond-shaped motifs at the top. It stands on tapered, fluted legs.

In this case, we will ALWAYS contact you later to agree on options and prices.
- If you do not find there is a suitable shipping solution, you have the option to cancel your purchase or choose another solution.
- When goods and a suitable freight solution is agreed, the amount of the goods purchased is proceeded deducted from your account (unless the payment has already been made via bank transfer.)
- The cost of freight is invoiced by the transport company.
- The goods are shipped / picked up as agreed.
