Rare large Chinese cabinet in elm wood with original lacquer finishes. Red lacquered front with aged patina and large round patinated brass fitting. Black lacquered sides and interior.

Rare pair of Qing Dynasty cabinets, ca. 1830, in red-lacquered elm with finely preserved gilt decorations. With shelves, hidden compartment, patinated brass fittings, and pierced apron with dragon motifs.
