Stoneware figure crafted by Knud Kyhn for Royal Copenhagen, depicting a peregrine falcon. The bird is modelled with strong naturalistic detail and finished in Kyhn’s characteristic sung glaze, featuring deep brown, black and subtle greenish tones. The figure shows beautifully defined feather textures and powerful talons resting on an organic base.
The underside bears the Royal Copenhagen mark, the three blue waves, model number 21407, and the incised KK monogram.
